1. Data Privacy Policy

In short: We never read your documents and we do not train any models on your data. Everything remains hermetically stored on your isolated hosting instance.

1.1 Strict isolation of Data and Prompts

The EdgeLLM platform applies a non-retention and zero-interception policy for information at rest or in transit. Request prompts sent to locally installed open-weights models (Mistral, Llama, Qwen) never leave the private hosting environment rented or deployed On-Premises on behalf of the client.

1.2 Administrative Information Collected

We only collect the minimal technical information necessary for infrastructure provisioning or billing for stack maintenance assistance (names, professional emails of administrators, financial payment data).

1.3 GDPR Compliance

In accordance with European regulations, the client retains exclusive control and ownership of all personal data handled by the AI. EdgeLLM acts merely as a technical subcontractor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.
